Our Executive Board PRAN has been registered as a society with registration act 1860 under the Joint stoke company & farms Bangladesh. A general body of 21 members consists of multidisciplinary professionals. who are responsible for governance of PRAN and 8 members executive board to govern the organization. Executive Board is also Board of Director of the organization, this is the highest policy making body. It is formed from general committee of organization. Meeting of the EC have to be held minimum three times in a year. Major responsibility of the Executive Board is to provide operational guidelines to the office.
